Pricing and Terms

Weddings - String Quartet

Typical Wedding (30 Minute Prelude, 20 Minute Service, 10 Minute Postlude) - $600

Extended Wedding (30 Minute Prelude, 50 Minute Service, 10 Minute Postlude) - $900

Catholic Mass (30 Minute Prelude, 80 Minute Service, 10 Minute Postlude) - $1200

Prices based on a string quartet. Contact about pricing for larger or smaller ensembles.

Events

1 Hour - $600

1.5 Hours (Includes 5 minute break) - $900

2 Hours (Includes 10 minute break) - $1200

Additional Fees

Custom Arrangements - Starting at $75 per arrangement

Rehearsal Attendance by Manager - $75

Travel Fee

Less than 30 minutes from Quakertown, PA - No Fee
Greater than 30 minutes from Quakertown, PA - $150 per half hour

Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of booking. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the event. Payment may be made with cash, check, or money order to the manager. A $30 fee will be applied to returned checks.

Outdoor Events

Our instruments are very expensive and susceptible to expensive damage and changes in extreme weather conditions. Shade in a gazebo, portable pop-tent, or under shade trees is required at all outdoor events. In the event of rain or cool temperatures (below 50 degrees), an alternate location will be required. Note that the time for the alternate location will need to be during the same booking window.

Overtime

Overtime will be charged beyond 15 minutes extra. $150 per every 15 minutes extra will be due at the conclusion of the event. While we will do our best, there is no guarantee that members will be available to stay for unexpected overtime at events.
